

Threaded plugs in anodised aluminium for HONDA. List of compatibilities per motorcycle models are available below for further information.
Riders who have already had the opportunity to remove these plugs, to check the valve clearance, or to check that the engine was not blocked, know how complicated these plugs can be to remove.
They use to "stick" with the changes in temperature and it is very frequent that the print "screws up"... For lack of any other solution, this is when you have to use a hammer and chisel. And once disassembled, you don't want to (and sometimes cannot) reassemble them!
So, even if you have to replace them, or simply to add a touch of colour to the engine, we offer you these anodised aluminium caps.
They are sold per pair, namely the crankshaft inspection cap and the top dead centre (or starter) inspection cap. The assembly is done with simple Allen spanners, or BTR spanners.
Tip from the Sunday mechanic:
To prevent the caps from sticking and having to replace them again at the next valve clearance, consider coating the threads and the O-ring with heat-resistant copper grease!
