DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT AND SERVICES OFFERED BY THE AVDB MOTO SARL
The products and services offered are those which appear in the catalogue published within the internet site of the SARL AVDB motorcycle.
These products and services are offered within the limit of stocks available.
Each proposed product for sale is accompanied by a faithful overview, but cannot summarize all of its characteristics, or an accurate description of the product.
Photographs in the catalogue are made by us, without digital retouching to make it the most faithful possible but cannot ensure a similarity perfect with the proposed product, particularly as regards the colours.
DEFINITION OF RATES
The prices listed in the catalog are prices incl. VAT in euro taking account of the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change of the rate could be reflected in the price of products or services.
WARNING, for countries OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (including DOM TOM), VAT is not included in the price, so you will be subjected to the payment of import taxes upon receipt of the parcel (customs duties, VAT ...) Also for non-EU countries, above 100 euros, the invoice shows Free Shipping and an amount for VAT. This is currently being corrected, the line indicating the VAT amount should be read as a shipping cost amount (the shipping costs for a non-EU zone are very high, these costs are therefore a contribution to the costs of sending the parcel, but in no case represent a VAT amount, which, as said before, will have to be paid in addition when receiving the parcel)
AVDB reserves to modify its prices at any time, on the understanding, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue the day of the order will be the only applicable to the purchaser.
Prices include the cost of processing orders, but do not include the costs of transport and delivery (postage) provided that they take place in the geographical areas set out below.
GEOGRAPHIC AREA
The online sale of products and services presented on the website is reserved for buyers who reside :
- In France, DOM - TOM, Andorra or Monaco
- In the euro zone
- In Europe
- And rest of the world under the following conditions: sending the command after checking the credibility of the customer from the competent bodies.
CONTROLS
The buyer who wishes to buy a product or service must be :
- complete the identification form which it will read all requested details - complete order form online by giving all references to products or services selected

- make payment under the conditions laid down
- confirm his order and its regulations
The confirmation of the order entails acceptance of the present conditions of sale, recognition in having perfect knowledge and renunciation to take advantage of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All of the data supplied and recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions and sales conditions.
The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of registered order.
WITHDRAWAL
The purchasers, non-professional physical people, benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of their order to make return of the product to the seller for Exchange or have no penalties, except for the expenses of return. The return will have to be done by monitoring, with the means to trace the package (tracking number), AVDB is not responsible for the loss of the parcel by the carrier during the return.SPECIFICATIONS for RETURNS of the FAIRING KITS
Regarding fairing kit returns following a change of mind on the part of the buyer after receipt of the parcel : a systematic check of the complete kit will be carried out by our teams on receipt of the return parcel. This compulsory service will be invoiced at €50 to compensate for the time spent. In addition, €50 will be deducted from the refund of the initial purchase, in respect of the shipping costs incurred initially, even if they were not invoiced to the purchaser at the time of purchase.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The price is due to the command.Payments will be made by credit card; they will be carried out through a secure banking system or PAYPAL which uses protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so that the transmitted information is encrypted by a software and that no third party can take note during transport over the network.Payments by cheque or bank transfer are also accepted. The shipment of the goods will only be possible only after receipt of the transfer, and 72 h after cashing the check.
The account of the buyer will be charged when shipment of the products or services available and that the amount of goods or services sent or downloaded.
At the request of the purchaser, it will be sent an invoice on paper highlighting the VAT, otherwise the purchase order is invoice.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form.The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of AVDB. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be formulated with the carrier within three days from the delivery.
The delivery times are given indicatively more; If these exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the purchaser refunded.
The delivery is made during the day from Monday to Friday, with possibility to deliver at his place of work or to another address, and a phone for the driver number is helpful.

WARRANTY
All products supplied by seller benefit from the legal guarantee laid down by articles 1641 and following of the civil Code.In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned to the seller who will resume c.o.d. or having, will exchange it or repair.

RESPONSIBILITY
The seller, in the process of sale on line, is held only by an obligation of means; liability will not be liable for damage resulting from the use of Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of the service, or other involuntary problems.For the case where the company would have to perform maintenance, repair, modification, or other work on documents entrusted to it by the Client, it declines all responsibility for all damages and damages that could later cause the said parts and not the fact of society, but from that of the customer or a third party arising (failure to observe the Assembly instructionsAssembly and reassembly work carried out by an unqualified person, etc.)
EXCEPTIONAL WARRANTY
All parts having one or more electronic or electrical components are guaranteed 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.All aluminum parts cut in the mass which the surface is 'anodized' are guaranteed at the level of anodizing, to make a warranty claim, the anodized surface shall lose its original color. The guarantee is for 150 days (five) months from the date of purchase.
APPROVAL
Concerning LED lights with integrated turn signals, only the lamp is approved (where stated), the indicators are accessories and are coupled with indicators of origin, or homologous flashing.Led pilot lights and lighting Xenon kits are not approved.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the site of avdb-moto.fr are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of SARL AVDB motorcycle.AVDB brand is a registered trademark, any copy or reproduction of products of the brand AVDB is actionable.
Person is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site they are software, Visual or audio without written agreement signed on the part of AVDB motorcycle.
Any simple link or by hypertext is strictly forbidden without a prior written consent of AVDB motorcycle.
CLAUSE OF RESERVE OF PROPERTY
AVDB reserves the property of the goods delivered until full payment of all supplies due to the terms of the order. To take advantage of this clause, it will suffice for vendor to publicize its formal commitment to have restored the goods by a simple registered letter with AR addressed to the buyer. Nevertheless expressly stated that the buyer will be responsible for goods filed his hands from their physical fitness, transfer of possession resulting in the transfer of risk.DATA HAS PERSONAL

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
The present conditions of online sale are subject to French law.In case of dispute, competence is attributed to the courts of Toulouse, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or call in warranty.
