The exhaust system is very important on any vehicle, as it can play a role in the operation and performance of your engine, but also in the noise!
But on a 2-stroke, this is even truer, because the shape of the manifold has a direct influence on the gas outlet. It's this specific shape that can be seen at the cylinder head outlet, a bit like the pocket of a bagpipe!
On off-road motorbikes, however, this protuberance is highly susceptible to deformation, particularly when dropped. And the slightest dent degrades the bike's performance.
Sometimes, of course, it is possible to straighten them using specific tools and know-how, but when you can't, you can't!
And while stainless steel has become more widely available, there are still steel collectors that rust and can, in time, be pierced, and in the middle of a country walk, that's enough to get you shot by an ill-intentioned resident.
To refurbish your exhaust system, to protect your delicate ear canals while maintaining the performance of your motorbike, AVDB offers you these specific manifolds.
Designed for your motorbike, they can be fitted without modification, using the original screws and bolts.
However, be sure to check the outlet diameter we indicate to make sure you can fit your muffler!
