Quick Release Gas Cap AVDB KAWASAKI

Quick-release gas cap in anodised aluminum, no key needed ! Very simple and fast to open with a simple push on the central part of the gas cap and a quarter turn to open it, which makes it the perfect gas cap for endurance races; where each seconds are precious.

Of course, this gas tank cap is also perfectly suitable for road use, but its keyless opening system may not be the solution for city dwellers. But it's all up to you of course !

This racing tank cap is made of CNC 6061 aluminum, with very good quality manufacture standards and high quality anodizing (coming with a 6 months warranty). 

• Filling hole diameter (for jerricans and quick-fillers): 30 mm
• The air depressurization system is integrated into the gas cap
• Two airtightness seals provided : 1 seal already fitted and ready to use, and 1 replacement seal
• Mounting hardware also provided for your comfort 

Very easy installation, the exact same way as your OEM gas hatch. Indeed the fastening holes will fall in front of the original ones, no modification needed whatsoever for the mounting of this gas cap. Simply remove your current hatch and replace it with this one, the exact same way the old one was installed : altogether it should take less than 5 minutes !
