Brand new product, made in injection ABS with foam padding and imitation leather cover. These seats are indeed of good quality manufacture and finish.

This being said, foam paddings tend to harden over time and use (whether OEM or aftermarket for that matter). So if your motorbike has been on the road for few years already, your seats can really become uncomfortable. Sometimes to the point that your back may start hurting...
