The temperature switch is an essential safety feature of your motorcycle’s cooling system, which activates the fan according to the engine temperature. Indeed if the thermostat is not working, the temperature value of your engine will be wrong and the cooling system will therefore not play its essential role nor keep a good functioning of your motorcycle.
