A combustion engine needs 3 things to work: compression, ignition and petrol (for the more knowledgeable, let's even say air/petrol mixture).

If one of these elements is missing (I'll skip the oil, etc...), well, you can keep on trying, nothing will happen.

The fuel supply is therefore essential, from its starting point in the tank to the carburettors.

And if one of the parts of this circuit fails, the whole system breaks down.

Over time, gaskets can dry out, needles can become marked, diaphragms can be punctured, resulting in fuel leaks or holes during acceleration, if acceleration can occur at all...

Furthermore, any kit that has been opened or has traces of handling will not be returned or exchanged.

Fuel pump contactor :

If the motorbike stops at the side of the road and runs out of fuel, but you have a full tank of petrol, chances are that your petrol pump has gone far away...

A pump is expensive, but in some cases, it is possible to replace only the contactors, which will avoid you breaking your bank account.
